HWMS PICTURE RE-TAKES SCHEDULED

For any student who was absent or unhappy with their initial picture proof, Mr. Jim Arnett will be at HWMS on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2025, for re-takes.

All students have been given order forms, however, their are additional copies available in the office for anyone still needing one.

Orders from the original picture day may still be turned in to the HWMS office for Mr. Arnett to pick up.

For any student, 6th - 12th grade, who would like to join the Magoffin County Archery Team, there will be a parent and student meeting in the HWMS Cafeteria this evening at 5:00pm.

‼️ REMINDER ‼️ Tomorrow is picture day at HWMS! We will have copies of order forms for your student in the morning. All students, regardless of whether or not they place an order, will be having their pictures taken on this day. These are the photos that we will use to update their online profile in Infinite Campus, as well as the photos that will be used for the Yearbook. If you or your student is unsatisfied with their photo, there will be a date scheduled for retakes later in the Semester.

Congratulations to our HWMS Hornets on an AMAZING HIGH ATTENDANCE DAY! Our Hornets are proud to lead our district with 95.5% attendance! A big thanks to our HWMS Families and amazing staff who helped make our Class Color Wars a huge success!

HWMS Fall Picture Day with Jim Arnett!

All students, regardless of whether or not they place an order, will be having their pictures taken on this day.  These are the photos that we will use to update their online profile in Infinite Campus, as well as the photos that will be used for the Yearbook.

If you or your student is unsatisfied with their photo, there will be a date scheduled for retakes later in the Semester.  We will be passing out order forms to students to bring home as we get closer to picture day. 

Please contact us with any questions prior to this event.

There will be an introductory meeting for any student, 6th - 12th grade, wishing to join the Magoffin County Archery Team on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 5:00pm.

This meeting is for both students and parents to gain information about and plan for the upcoming season.

If your student already has an updated physical, please bring a copy with you to the meeting to give to Mr. King.
